Temporary addresses
No account required. Addresses, credentials, and messages are used only to provide short-term receiving and to support deletion, address changes, and extensions.
This notice covers Tempsender’s temporary inboxes, persistent forwarding aliases, sign-in, and archiving. We process data only as needed for each feature and never sell email content to advertisers.
No account required. Addresses, credentials, and messages are used only to provide short-term receiving and to support deletion, address changes, and extensions.
Your sign-in email is used to send verification codes and deliver incoming mail to the target address. You create, pause, or delete aliases yourself.
Temporary addresses last up to 24 hours. Forwarding archives are typically kept for 30 days, while security logs rotate for as long as necessary.
You can delete individual records or aliases, or contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information.

| Sign-in email and verification-code events | Authentication, forwarding destination, and security alerts | For the life of the account; codes are valid briefly | Verification codes are not stored in plain text for future sign-ins |

Tempsender is responsible for processing activities under this service. For questions about this notice or personal-data requests, email support@tempsender.com and include the feature you used and an account email we can verify.
Temporary inboxes do not require an account, so we may be unable to locate data that has already expired and been deleted based on a description alone. To protect others, we verify reasonable identity information before handling account requests.
When you create a temporary email address, the system generates an address, access credentials, and creation and expiration times. When mail arrives, we process sender details, the subject, message body, and delivery metadata so it can be displayed in the browser holding the credentials.
The temporary service does not retain attachment contents and rejects messages that exceed technical limits. When an address expires, you change it, or you delete an individual message, the relevant content enters an automated cleanup process.
Forwarding uses your sign-in email for verification and forwards mail sent to your aliases to that address. We also record aliases, activation status, quotas, creation time, and limited-period archives so you can manage a lasting entry point.
When two-step verification is enabled, the system processes an authenticator key and one-time codes to confirm control. The key is used for later verification and is never used as marketing data.
We process address, email, and account data to provide the services you request, and necessary security logs to prevent abuse and protect our systems and users. Where legally required, we may also retain or disclose limited information to meet legal obligations.
We do not build advertising profiles from message content or sell email content. Product improvements rely primarily on aggregated operational data, not on reading individual communications.
The site uses browser-local or session storage to restore temporary email credentials, your sign-in email, console tokens, and interface state. These technologies are necessary to keep inbox and authentication flows continuous.
Clearing browser data removes local credentials and may prevent you from re-entering a still-valid temporary inbox. We do not require advertising cookies to use core features.
Hosting, network, email-delivery, and security providers may process data on our behalf as needed to provide the service. We limit their use of the data and require protection through contracts and access controls.
Our infrastructure may be located outside your region. Where processing crosses borders, we use contractual or other appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
We do not disclose personal data to third parties except for necessary provider processing, corporate reorganization, or legal requirements. When we receive a law-enforcement request, we review its legality, scope, and jurisdiction and narrow overly broad requests where permitted.
During an urgent security incident, we may disclose information necessary to protect people, the service, or users’ rights. Every disclosure is limited to what is needed for its purpose.
Different features use different retention periods because short-term receiving and long-term forwarding serve different needs. Temporary email lasts up to 24 hours, forwarding archives typically last 30 days, and backups and logs are finally cleared according to their rotation cycles.
Deletion does not always remove data immediately from every disaster-recovery copy, but those copies are isolated and used only for recovery. Specific records may be preserved temporarily when required for legal disputes or security investigations.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, rate limiting, log reviews, and least-privilege access to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Forwarding accounts support two-step verification; we recommend enabling it and storing recovery information securely.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we discover an incident that may affect you, we will assess our notification duties under applicable law and take remedial action.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, or a portable copy of your data. In your request, identify the right, account email, and relevant feature so we can respond accurately.
Some requests are subject to identity checks, legal exceptions, and other people’s rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, though we welcome the chance to resolve the issue first.
The service is intended for general users who understand the risks of short-term email, not for children. We do not knowingly collect account data from children below the local age of consent.
Do not use temporary email for medical, financial, government-identity, or other sensitive relationships that require long-term recovery. If you must receive such communications, use a stable, secure real email address.
We will update this notice and state its effective date when features, laws, or providers change materially. Where appropriate, major changes will also receive an additional notice through the site or your account email.
For privacy questions, rights requests, or security reports, contact support@tempsender.com. Do not send passwords, complete verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive message content by email.
