A fair inbox with a firm line against abuse
By using Tempsender, you agree to these terms. They cover disposable email, forwarding aliases, archiving, and account security, and together with our Privacy Notice form our service agreement.
Long-term access
Forwarding aliases can be paused, resumed, or deleted. Archives are kept for a limited time and are not permanent backups.
Fair use
Use it for testing, trials, downloads, subscriptions, and lawful privacy separation—but always follow third-party rules.
Fast action
Fraud, harassment, restriction evasion, or attacks on our systems may trigger rate limits, suspension, or termination.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you can agree to these terms and will comply with applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
If you cannot agree or local law prohibits your use, stop accessing the service. Users who have not reached the legal age to enter into an agreement in their jurisdiction should have a guardian review and accept these terms.
2. The service
Disposable email provides time-limited addresses and a web inbox. Persistent forwarding provides account authentication, aliases, forwarding, and limited-time archiving. Quotas, lifetimes, and features may change as security and operational needs require.
Disposable email is not a long-term identity or backup service, and forwarding archives are not permanent storage. Keep important communications in a reliable system you control.
3. Accounts and authentication
Forwarding accounts use email verification codes to sign in. With two-step verification enabled, you will also need an authenticator code. You must control your login email, protect your devices and keys, and are responsible for activity carried out with valid credentials.
If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, sign out immediately, update your security settings, and contact support. Do not buy, sell, share, or impersonate another person's account.
4. Fair use
You may use the service for lawful testing, one-time verification, downloads, subscriptions, shopping, or privacy separation. When using third-party websites, you must still follow their terms, age requirements, and identity requirements.
Disposable email is not a tool for bypassing payment, bans, trial limits, or identity checks. High-frequency automated activity may be rate-limited to protect the system.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or infringement of intellectual property. Do not attempt unauthorized access to another person's email, tokens, accounts, or archives.
Do not scan, stress-test, reverse-engineer, or undermine security measures, or use bots to consume addresses and delivery resources in bulk. Authorized security research must stay within the agreed scope and follow responsible disclosure practices.
6. Content and third-party email
Email content is provided by senders and users. We do not endorse or guarantee its accuracy, safety, or legality. Handle links, verification codes, and attachments with care; an email appearing in your inbox does not make its source trustworthy.
You retain rights to lawful content and grant us a limited permission to process it only as needed to receive, display, forward, and maintain the service. This permission does not allow us to sell email contents.
7. Address lifetimes and deletion
A temporary address may be unrecoverable after expiry, an address change, or cleanup; later messages sent to the old address will not be migrated. Deleting a forwarding alias may also stop delivery immediately, and archives are automatically removed after the published retention period.
Deletion actions, delivery queues, and backup rotation may take a reasonable amount of time. Do not rely on an address remaining available to meet legal-notice or account-recovery obligations.
8. Rate limits, suspension, and termination
To prevent abuse, protect others, or comply with the law, we may limit requests, reject emails, suspend aliases, or terminate accounts. Where appropriate, we will consider severity, recurrence, and the possibility of remediation.
Serious security risks, unlawful activity, or urgent harm do not require advance notice. After termination, you remain responsible for conduct that occurred before termination.
9. Intellectual property
The site's software, brand, interface, and original content are protected by applicable law. No other rights are granted beyond those needed to use the service. You must not imply an unauthorized partnership with or endorsement by Tempsender.
You may share links to public pages and reasonably quote short excerpts, but you may not copy the entire service, remove rights notices, or use the brand in a confusing way.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We will maintain it reasonably, but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service, delivery of every email, acceptance of addresses by any sending platform, or that content is entirely harmless.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Where local law does not allow all exclusions, mandatory local rules apply.
11. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost emails, account-recovery opportunities, profits, or data. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the scope of the relevant service giving rise to the claim.
For third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement of others' rights, or breach of these terms, you must assume responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that law prohibits us from limiting.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in features, risks, or law and will state the new effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably possible; continued use means you accept the updated agreement.
